Cancellation Policy
If a customer cancels for any reason at least 4 days prior to scheduled charter, the customer will be issued a 100% refund.

If a customer cancels for any reason at least 2-3 days prior to scheduled charter, the customer's deposit or fees paid are 50% refundable. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations day before and day of the charter. If the Captain cancels the charter a 100% less reservation fees and taxes, or cash refund will be sent back to the payee to the original credit/debit card of the customer as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy Due to Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather conditions, your charter may need to be rescheduled or canceled. If we cancel a charter, you will receive a full refund.

If your Charter is cut short due to unforeseen weather conditions during the charter, there will be no refund. SeaSal’s Adventures LLC does take into account weather conditions and will consider moving your charter date to a more favorable day at no penalty.
By making a formal reservation with SeaSal’s Adventures LLC directly, the client is agreeing to the cancellation and weather cancellation refund policy as stated above.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION, AND CONSENT
By booking and attending a charter, you agree to the following:

The undersigned acknowledges and consents to the following, in consideration for the participation in activities provided by SeaSal’s Adventures LLC. (hereinafter referred to as “SeaSal’s”), including, but not limited to, shelling excursions, all boat charters, fishing charters/excursions and all related activities. I acknowledge the following risks associated with charter boat and fishing activities, including, but not limited to, boarding and disembarking vessels, natural hazards, such as weather conditions, temperature, sun, rain, lightning storms, presence of hooks, knives, gaffs, and other tools used while fishing within confined quarters of a vessel, and injuries which may occur while landing any marine life.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK / WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I acknowledge the aforementioned risks, among others, of death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, loss of property, or actions of any kind, which may result from the participation in the anticipated activities during any and all SeaSal’s Adventures LLC Charters and fishing expeditions, and which are not eliminated even if SeaSal’s Adventures LLC acts with due care, in a reasonably prudent manner, and therefore, I agree to hold harmless and take no action, suit, claim, or demand for any sums of money, claims, or demands whatsoever, at law or in equity, against SeaSal’s Adventures, LLC, its Captain and Crew and I hereby waive, release, and discharge SeaSal’s Adventures LLC, its Captain and Crew from any and all liability, for any and all claims of loss, damages, and injuries suffered while participating in any stage of an event involving SeaSal’s Adventures LLC, associated with or relating to or arising from any and all risks which occur while a participant.

I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing and fully understand the potential dangers incidental to engaging in this charter boat and/or fishing excursion, and I am fully aware of the legal consequence in submitting this instrument, and I understand and agree that this document is legally binding and will preclude me from recovering monetary damages from SeaSal’s Adventures LLC, for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death caused by the negligence, gross or otherwise, of the released parties, whether passive or active.

The undersigned further acknowledges that I am authorized to execute this Acknowledgment of Risk, Waiver of Liability, Indemnification, and Consent.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I acknowledge my obligation to defend, indemnify, and hold SeaSal’s Adventures LLC, its Captain and Crew harmless as to any and all claims of any nature, including all costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees, which may in any manner result from or arise out of the services provided by or on behalf of SeaSal’s Adventures LLC.

You must be at least 21 years of age to charter with SeaSal's Adventures LLC. All passengers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present. Waivers must be completed at the start of the trip.
